Tired of carrying piles of discs wherever you work? Then Daemon Tools Lite is at your rescue! This software allows you to emulate up to 4 CDs/DVDs or Blu-Ray drives and creates their disc images. The software requires less space and is user-friendly. It lets you create the disc images in few clicks. The files on these images can then be accessed anywhere anytime. You can play audios, videos, access the file database in the same manner as you do with an actual disc.

Daemon Tools Lite supports a number of formats like *.mds, *.mdx, *.iso, *.img, *.ccd, *.cdi, *.cue, *.isz, *.b5t, *.b6t, *.bwt, *.nrg and *.pdi, etc., and is very useful to access the disc images that you may have obtained separately without using the software.

The freeware license of the software allows you to mount images, VHDs and ZIP archives and create MDS, MDX, and ISO files. It has a limited access to tools and support. The purchased license, on another hand, gives you access to a variety of tools like Image Editor, Virtual HDD, Disc Burn, Bootable USB, iSCSI Initiator, Advance Mount, Unlimited Devices and Virtual Burner at a fairly decent price.

This software is compatible with all the Windows Operating System platforms from Windows 10 to Windows 98. But the software does require a .NET framework for its proper function.

All in all, Daemon Tools Lite is packed with some amazing tools which can mount and unmount files, images, videos etc., create virtual images and grant access to separately obtained disc images.
